Weight Watchers Site and Tools
Here is a list of sites that I find helpful when looking for recipes, tools to help me. Some people may already know these but if not, here they are. www.weightwatchers-recipe.net/points-plus-recipes.html Recipes to make http://www.exercise4weightloss.com/weightwatchers-points.htm#mp - WW points Plus Restraunt Menu for Eating out. http://www.exercise4weightloss.com/ww-points-plus-calculator.html This is the WWPlus Calulator, if you have a smart phone you can use this on the phone too, just save the sight to your favorites on your I-Phone or other smart phones. www.weightwatchers.com you can create a users name and password and access the dicussion board without being a member, this is so helpful!!! http://www.dwlz.com - She is re-doing her site still to meet the new WW point plus system, so when using this site makes sure it is WW Plus and not the old system. Any more site I come across I will let you know!!!

Thanks for the calculator I can use on my phone. I can't access the one on the actual ww website on my phone and I need something when in the grocery store. Now I don't have to buy the $10 whenever they finally get some in that is! Another one for fast food restaurants is http://foodfacts.info/allitems.shtml.
ReplyDeleteWelcome, I did also order the calulator from WW site and the food and dining out Companion guides. I use my phone calulator at the stores though, easy to access.
